போரின் விளைவாக உடல் மற்றும் மனரீதியாக பாதிக்கப்பட்ட பலர் இன்று அடிப்படை வாழ்வாதாரம், மருத்துவ உதவி மற்றும் சமூக ஆதரவு இன்றி வாழ்கின்றனர். அவர்களை மறக்காமல், மரியாதையுடனும் பொறுப்புடனும் காக்க வேண்டும் என்பது ஒவ்வொரு தமிழரின் கடமையாகும்.

The Mission of Global Tamil Welfare Vision To fulfill the promise that our people will never be abandoned, we are embarking on a historic mission. Through the Global Tamil Welfare Vision, we aim to ensure the livelihood, dignity, and care of war-affected, unsupported differently abled individuals in the North-East of our homeland.
Our comprehensive support system focuses on:

• Providing financial assistance for basic income security and pensions.
• Offering medical, rehabilitation, and mobility support.
• Facilitating skill development, care assistance, and livelihood programs.

A Strategic Beginning: The Melbourne Pilot Project To build an unshakeable foundation, this initiative is being launched as a professional pilot project in Melbourne. Rather than starting globally and risking operational roadblocks, this strategic approach allows us to:

• Establish Proof of Concept: Create a reliable testimonial of success to inspire confidence across the diaspora.
• Identify Solutions: Address logistical challenges, such as secure fund transfers, on a manageable scale.
• Create a Global Blueprint: Develop a standardized legal and administrative framework that can be seamlessly expanded to Canada, the UK, and Europe.
